10 Hudson Yards

10 Hudson Yards represents the next step towards the transformation of Manhattan’s West Side into New York’s next great neighborhood. With an advanced infrastructure that is both maximally flexible for tenant fit-outs and technologically smart, 10 Hudson Yards is the first New York commercial office building to receive LEED v2009 Platinum certification.

Located at the northwest corner of 30th Street and 10th Avenue, the 1.8-million-square-foot tower was designed by acclaimed global architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) and stands 895 feet tall. It features panoramic views of the city and the Hudson River and offers floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding column-free interiors, designed to accommodate the modern high-density office environment.
