A Good Neighbor in Goodlife
The latest shop at Hudson Yards will soon feature its own recycling program.
Of course, Goodlife, which recently opened its doors, is in business to make you look good. Equally important to its mission, though, is a focus on doing good. Towards that end, the maker of understated essentials is about to launch an in-store recycling program: Just drop off your used Goodlife apparel and get 20% off your next purchase. Meanwhile, Goodlife will shred the old material to reuse it in a later generation of its collection. By next March, Goodlife expects to be able to offer a collection made from 100% post-consumer-recycled materials.
The imminent recycling initiative is part of an even greater sustainable initiative. Most of the brand’s collection is created at a single factory in California, to lessen its carbon footprint, and all fabrics and yarns are sourced from environmentally conscious producers. Hudson Yards is proud to welcome Goodlife to Hudson Yards joining other stores who are making a difference in retail and the world.
