Get #FitForTheFrontLine - and Support Health Care Workers
Join our friends at The Health Center at Hudson Yards in this national fitness challenge
After staying inside for the past months, you may need some extra motivation to get active. Luckily, our partners at The Health Center at Hudson Yards have just the thing: #FitForTheFrontLine, a national fitness challenge in support of Mount Sinai Health Systems and medical facilities across the country who are working so hard to fight COVID-19.
It’s easy to be part of the movement:
- Choose a physical or mental wellness activity—anything from running to meditating to dancing with the kids.
- Snap a picture or video of yourself while doing the activity and use the hashtag #FitFortheFrontLine. Any exercise counts!
- Tag @mountsinainyc or any other medical institution you want to support. You can also donate to Mount Sinai’s Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth, a new initiative designed to help frontline health care workers deal with the mental stress of treating COVID-19.
- Challenge friends, family, and co-workers to get moving and support health care heroes at the same time.
