Whether it’s watching a movie under the stars—and a blanket—or appreciating Mother Nature’s annual show of colors, Hudson Yards puts you in prime position to take advantage of the best autumn activities.
Pull Up a Lounger for Movie Nights:
The best antidote to the earlier sunsets? A lineup of blockbusters on the Big Screen in the Public Square and Gardens! Grab some sweets at Dylan’s Candy Bar, then sit back, relax and enjoy What a Girl Wants, The Witches and more. See the full schedule of movies, happening every Friday night at 6PM through October 27, here.
Take a Walk on the Wild Side
The flora and fauna on the neighboring High Line stuns in fall. Unlike in most gardens, the trail’s keepers wait for spring to cut things back, so you get to see the transformation from season to season, which includes beautiful dried leaves, stalks and seed heads. And after your stroll, you can pop into Hudson Yards for a coffee or meal.
See What's in Bloom at Fleurs De Villes: VOYAGE
After seeing the change of colors on the outside, make sure to view the flowers inside The Shops. Explore a floral journey across 15 ten-foot tall mannequins, each ornately adorned with flowers, celebrating the cultures of the world. October 6-15 on Level 1 at The Shops.
Plus learn to make your own beautiful arrangement at a variety of floral workshops hosted by the talented florists who built the installations on display. October 6-8 and October 13-14 on Level 3.

Indulge in Fall’s Number One Flavor
Pumpkin spice is back, and if you’ve been waiting all year for it's return, there are now two Starbucks locations within Hudson Yards to get your fix, located at 35 Hudson Yards and 50 Hudson Yards. For another take, Magnolia Bakery’s new collection features the flavor in its cupcakes, cheesecake and pudding.
Stock Up for Halloween
You’re in for a treat. Dylan’s Candy Bar has all sorts of seasonally appropriate options, from a Halloween Haunted House Cookie Kit to a Spooky Sour Skulls Bulk Bag to a Creepy Candy Coffin. Meanwhile, over at Li-Lac Chocolates, you’ll find a selection of oversized chocolate skulls, witches, pumpkins and ghosts.
