Shine Bright adorns the neighborhood with over 2 million twinkling lights across 115 miles of string lights, 725 evergreen trees, and 16-foot-tall, illuminated set pieces in the shape of hot air balloons arranged through the Public Square and Gardens, and a 32-foot hot air balloon centerpiece suspended in The Great Room of The Shops & Restaurants.   Create new holiday memories at the various Sparkle Spots located throughout The Shops, each positioned to help you capture that perfect holiday photo.

Soar During The Holidays at Sky Skate Presented by Dunkin'

What could be more memorable this holiday season than skating on the highest skating rink in New York City! Open through January 14, 2024, Sky Skate presented by Dunkin' at Edge lets you glide in the sky on a 1,024 square foot Glice® rink as you take in the best views of the city for a truly epic adventure. From there, see the holiday lights from up above with the highest outdoor observation deck in the Western Hemisphere at Edge.

Meet Santa 

Santa’s sleigh has arrived at Hudson Yards! Visit Level 3 of The Shops at Hudson Yards to meet Santa and tell him your wish list in person! Grab a free photo with Santa every Monday – Friday from 5pm-8pm, through December 22. Stop by any other time and hop in the sleigh for a fun selfie and lasting memory.

Satisfy Your Holiday Sweet Tooth 

Is it even a family holiday outing if there’s no sweets involved? Hudson Yards is your destination for all things holiday sugary and sweet.
