From Duck to Dim Sum, Wild Ink Has What You’re Craving
The restaurant is serving all of its fan favorites
Here’s another exciting marker of the city’s post-pandemic normalcy: Peking Duck is on the menu again at Wild Ink. The ancient dish—a platter of seasoned meat, pancakes, sauce, and that signature crispy skin—is the perfect way to celebrate just about anything!
It’s not the only way, of course. Wild Ink is known for its flavorful fresh Asian-with-a-twist cuisine. Take for example its dim sum offerings. The mushroom dumplings, shaped like their main ingredient, are but one standout. You’ll want to save room for dumplings stuffed with Berkshire pork, vegan crispy mapo, and prawn and bacon sui mai too.
And to wash it down? Try the "Golden Ink"—a special cocktail of mezcal, tequila, passion fruit, ginger, and agave.
