18 Sustainable Must-Haves at Hudson Yards Right Now

Here’s a reason to celebrate this Earth Day: many fashion companies are working hard to reduce their environmental impact—and you can find their stylish wares at Hudson Yards. From recycling water used to dye fabric to committing to sustainable materials, the brands below have worked to do better for the planet. Here are some favorite pieces, so you can look and feel good in what you’re wearing this spring.

AG’s AGoodKarma

By using new filtration systems, AG filters and reuses 100,000 gallons of water per day in their factories. This is the brand’s largest sustainability push to date.

Levi’s® WellThread® collection

The OG jean brand is now using techniques like plant-based dyes, reduced water finishing techniques, and recycled materials to help reduce their environmental impact.

Faherty’s Impact

Faherty is on track to have 85% of its men’s and women’s collection made from sustainably sourced materials by the close of 2021, and switched to recycled materials for shipping and packaging.

H&M’s Conscious Collection

This line is made of at least 50% sustainably sourced materials such as organic cotton and recycled polyester.

Zara Join Life

These products, designed with to reduce the retailer’s footprint, use ecologically-sourced cotton and recycled materials, and are dyed with closed loop water systems.

Theory for Good

This collection, which is made of “Good Wool, Good Linen, and Good Cotton,” is sustainably sourced and ethically produced. And the retailer’s goal is to have 100% traceability in supply chains by 2025.

Certified Clean at Sephora

The items are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oils, and formaldehyde, and with an emphasis on sustainable sourcing and green packaging.
